Do you search for lower standards? I'm new to Instagram. I feel so novice I have no clue how to really use it well.

I actually like the ride height, and the rear wheels are actually not facing the wrong way. The only thing I'd change is the look of the wheels.

That first shot looks great, that second shot looks like a metal sofa on castors.

See, I can dig this. Stupid camber is what I hate.

I like it. I mean it is a luxury car, so making it look awesome doesn't really destory it's performance.

I agree, can you elaborate on that last part though. The wheels don't really suit the car but it honestly doesn't look bad me. But like always, it's just an opinion

Oh my...so much sex...I follow them why did I not see this. There is nothing like a W220 on LMs and lowered. One of the best looking sedans of all time.

Some key points here

1) There might actually be some suspension travel as the rims are not touching the fenders

2) The wheels are not excessively large or wide

3) I can fit my shoe under the front bumper so it can actually be driven

4) The camber and toe settings appear to be close to stock

Yes this is "stanced" in a way, but it is driveable stance. You can drive that car around town and to places and it behaves like a normal car. I did the same with my jetta - stock wheel width and camber/toe settings on my suspension. Yes I'm about 3.5-4" lower, but I had my car professionally aligned to stock settings and I'm only running 17" wheels with 40 profile tires. I can go over a bump or small pothole in the road and not break my back or car. That is the kind of stance that we don't mind here since the car is not a safety hazard to its driver and everyone else.

No problem, here's a few of my favorite car accounts:
superstreet (they post a little bit of everything)
bmwmnation (BMW porn)
bbiautosport (porsche tuning shop)
excusm3 (more BMW)
Vossen (top quality pictures)
markfatlace (really cool cars)
thesignsavers (vinyl wrap company)
modbargains (a little bit of everything)
creaminz (owner of widebody M3)
hailtothe_king (lots of RWB, an LS E46 M3, tons of other awesome stuff)

I'll just leave it at that for now, let me know if you want some more

Yeah, this would be a kickass daily driver. It isn't stanced to a point you can't drive it like a normal car.

This was a popular look for S Classes when I was stationed in Germany. I always kind of liked it. That body style takes it well.

I used to see them in the euro tuning scene magazines I'd buy. Tuning is big in Germany, you can buy mags catered to Euro tuning, VW tuning, Benz tuning, etc etc.

Nice to hear, I took German for a few years and I can speak it decently now but I'm not familiar with any car culture there.

You could narrow it down to nearly whatever model you want. I had a Golf at the time so I'd flip through Golf tuning, VW tuning, etc. My German was rough but they had lots of pictures, lots of topless girls, etc.

Tuning has a big following in Germany but they tend to go a different route than the US does. With gas nearly $8 a gallon or so, tuning was mostly cosmetic instead of the traditional US "make it fast as possible" method. Cars were lowered, had body kits (similar to the S Class you showed), cool wheels and a few bolt on power adders. Mostly though, they centered on how clean the bodies were - first gen Rabbit and Golf GTIs with impeccable bodies and interiors, stuff like that.

That's awesome. I plan on visiting Germany with my brother within a year or two and it'll be great to see some modded cars and experience the culture
